The City of Santa Rosa offers a variety of beautiful parks, recreation spaces, and event facilities available for public use. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, community gathering, sporting event, or special celebration, we have the right space to meet your needs!

Reserve a Facility

To reserve a City facility, individuals or organizations must complete and submit a Facility Use Agreement.
Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability and City approval.

Please Note:

  • A reservation is not complete until all forms, deposits, and required documents are received and approved.

  • Some events may require proof of liability insurance or special permits.

  • A signed copy of the Facility Use Agreement must be present at your event.

  • Civic Center Room

  • Gymnasium and more!

Deposits and rental rates vary depending on the location and amenities requested.

Important Reminders

  • Alcoholic beverages, tobacco, fireworks, and firearms are prohibited at all facilities (except where permitted by City ordinance).
  • All users are responsible for cleanup and any damages.
  • Extended hours must be approved in writing by the City.
